Terms & Conditions
Payments: For ongoing Private treatment, payment is required on a pay-as-you-go basis on the day the treatment is received. For orthodontic treatment, payment is required when an appliance is fitted. For NHS treatment payment for completed examinations is required on the day and payment for further treatment appointments is required on the day of booking the appointments.
We accept cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Switch and bankers draft.
Guarantees: All recommended and completed work is guaranteed for two years subject to six monthly examinations, prescribed hygiene visits, wearing an approved mouthguard when playing any contact sports and wearing a nightguard where indicated.
The guarantee does not cover any damage due to trauma, or where the completed restorations were not the recommended treatment of the dentist, or there has been a failure to follow preventative advice on diet and oral hygiene.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. Cancellations of less than 24 hours may attract a discretionary charge.
Missed appointments: A discretionary charge will be passed for missed Private examination, treatment or orthodontic appointments.
Deregistration: NHS patients will be deregistered if two appointments are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice in any twelve month period.
